Today's Travel Trailers are self contained, Non- motorized, towable RVs. They also are sometimes are often referred to as a coach.
 
They are designed to be towed by a pickup truck but smaller travel trailers can be towed with an SUV.
 
Most Travel Trailers come with the modern conveniences of home and depending on how long they are, can have up to 3 slide-outs.
 
One advantage to a travel trailer is that you are able to easily remove it from your tow vehicle, thus making it more convenient to travel the area.
